JNG Artists in New St. Regis Hotel

Hotel opening Dec 2009
The new St. Regis Hotel in Park City has purchased the work of a number of our artists including: Philip Buller, John McCormick, Erik Gonzales, Robin Denevan and Thea Schrack. Included in this is a 6 x 21 foot painting by the figurative painter, Philip Buller, which will hang in the lobby bar. St. Regis Hotels typically feature a large scale painting in their main bars, and for this project, Buller was commissioned to create a painting that will have an historic reference to Park City. The painting consists of three individual panels and the topic is based on Park City's mining heritage. In conjunction with the installation of this painting, JNG will be opening an exhibition of new paintings by Buller in late November. The paintings for the exhibition will have a thematic tie to the St. Regis painting and will include mining imagery. In addition to the Buller commission, John McCormick was also commissioned to create a large landscape painting for the lobby.
